Contract murder was prevented by Russian MIA
“Officers of the General Administration of Criminal Investigation of the Russian MIA together with colleagues from the Russian FSB, the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service and servicemen of a Rosgvardia special unit captured a 45-year old resident of Moscow suspected of preparing to commit a murder. The man is a member of the Moscow Bar Association,” said Russian MIA official representative Irina Volk.
The General Investigation Administration of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow initiated a criminal case against the man based on essential elements of a crime stipulated by Part 1 Article 30 and Clause “h” Part 2 Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The detained man was accused of the crime. By now, the he has been remanded in custody.
