An investigator of the MIA of Russia Administration for Kemerovo completed the investigation of a criminal case against a 44-year-old local resident. She is charged with committing a crime under part 4 of Art. 159 of the Russian Criminal Code.

The investigation established that the defendant, being the director of a private nursing home for elderly and disabled patients, accepted single pensioners for maintenance. In the course of communication with them, she learned about the availability of funds on their current accounts.
