“The General Investigation Administration of the Russian MIA General Administration for the Samara Region proved the participation of a resident of Samara born in 1991 in a criminal community formed for selling narcotics in large and especially large amounts,” said the Russian MIA official representative Irina Volk.
As was found out by the investigators, during the period from October 2014 through October 2015 the malefactor, acting within the criminal community, had made caches with heroin in Samara. The police proved the man's involvement in sale of 59.16 grams of heroin. In the course of the investigation, policemen seized 1 kilogram and 335 grams of heroin.
“The criminal cases initiated against the malefactor based on essential elements of a crime stipulated by Part 2 Article 210, Clause ‘d’ Part 4 Article 228.1 and Part 3 Article 30, Part 5 Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with the approved indictment were sent to the court for consideration on the merits. The Promyshlenny District Court of Samara found the accused man guilty of the crimes he was charged with and sentenced him to nine-year imprisonment in a strict regime colony. The verdict has taken legal effect,” concluded Irina Volk.
