Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia General of Police of Russia Vladimir Kolokoltsev paid tribute to those who died in Great Patriotic War
In the course of the meeting of the Joint Board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Police of the Republic of Armenia held in the hero city of Volgograd, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Vladimir Gasparyan, and members of the delegations laid wreaths and flowers at the Eternal Flame monument in the War Glory Hall and at the tomb of Marshal Vasily Chuikov, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, on the main height of Russia – Mamayev Kurgan.
“Let the memory of those who died always stay in people's hearts” – this record was made by the Chief of the Russian Ministry in the book of honored guests of the memorial complex.
