Nadezhda N. Romashova

Chief of the Department of Financial and Economic Policy and of Social Guarantees Lieutenant General of Internal Service

Born on September 13, 1960 in the village of Egorovka, Pichayevsky District of the Tambov Region.

In 1979, after graduating from the Morshansky textile college as a specialist in "Accounting and Business Analysis" she began her career at the repair and construction unit of the Administrative Division of the City Department of Internal Affairs of the Moscow City Executive Committee.

For over thirty years, since 1983, she continuously works in various positions in the financial and economic sphere of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, consistently passing all the stages of professional and career development.

Without leaving the service, in 1990 she graduated from the Ryazan Higher School of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs.

From 1992 to 2010, she made a career from a senior methodologist to the Chief of the Financial and Economic Division in the financial unit at the central apparatus of the Moscow City Department of Internal Affairs (since 2006 - Department of Internal Affairs in Moscow).

From 2010 to 2014 she worked as deputy chief of the Moscow City Department of Internal Affairs (since 2011 - the MIA General Administration for the city of Moscow) - Chief of logistics.

In 2011, by a Presidential Decree, she was awarded a special rank of Major General of Internal Service.

Since June 12, 2014 to June 7, 2015 she worked as the First Deputy Chief of the Department for Financial and Economic Policy and Ensuring the Social Guarantees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Presidential Decree No. 292 of June 8, 2015  appointed her as Chief of the Department for Financial and Economic Policy and Ensuring the Social Guarantees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Subject to Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 594 dated 09.11.2016, she was awarded the special rank of Lieutenant General of Internal Service.

She was awarded the Order of Honor. Holds the honorary title "Honored employee of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation". Was repeatedly encouraged by the leadership of the Russian MIA.

Married. She has a daughter and a grandson.
