Aleksey N. Moshkov – Chief of the Bureau of Special Technical Operations, Police Major-General.
Born in 1964 in Moscow. In 1987 graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. Served in the army from 1987 to 1989. In 1989 started his service at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He served at the General Information Center of the USSR MIA, the General Department for Combating Organized Crime – MIA of Russia. From 1999 has served at the Bureau of Special Technical Operations – MIA of Russia.
In 2001 graduated from the Administration Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a specialization in “Jurisprudence”. In July 2011 by Presidential Decree, was appointed Chief of the Bureau of Special Technical Operations of the MIA of Russia.
Received the Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” 2 class.
