Chief of the MIA of Russia Administration for International Cooperation, Major-General of the Internal Service

Born on November 4, 1970 in Moscow.

In 1992 he graduated with honors from Moscow State Linguistic University (profile: foreign languages), in 1998 by correspondence - Moscow Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (profile: law), in 2003 he was trained at the Russian Academy of State Service under the President of the Russian Federation (profile: organizational support of federal authorities of the Russian Federation).

Works at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia since 1993. He started his career as a translator of English and French for the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, General of the Army, Hero of Russia V.F. Erin.

From 1997 to 2003, he held senior positions in the Protocol Service of the MIA of Russia.

From 2003 to 2004 - Deputy Chief of the Administration for the Organization of International Cooperation of the MIA of Russia - Chief of the Protocol Service.

From 2004 to 2008 - Deputy Chief of the Administration for the Organization of International Cooperation of the MIA of Russia - Chief of the Multilateral Cooperation Division.

From 2008 to 2011 - Deputy Chief of the Administrative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia - Chief of the Administration for the Organization of International Cooperation.

In 2009 he was awarded the rank of Major-General of Internal Service.

From 2011 to 2015 - Deputy Chief of the Treaty and Law Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, curator of the international cooperation function of the Ministry.

From 2015 to 2018 - Deputy Chief of the Department of Records and Work with Citizens and Organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, curator of the international cooperation function of the Ministry.

After organizational changes he was appointed from December 2018 the Chief of the Administration for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

Awarded with departmental and state awards (the order “For services to the Fatherland II degree”).
