Aleksey V. Shishko

Chief of the MIA of Russia Forensic Center, Police Major-General

Aleksey V. Shishko was born in 1969 in the town of Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkarian ASSR.

Has 2 higher educations:

in 1991 he graduated from the Rostov Higher Military Command Engineering College of Missile Forces named after Chief Marshal of Artillery I. M. Nedelin with a qualification of a “Cybernetics Engineer”;

in 2003 – from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, with a qualification of a “Lawyer”.

In 1986-1992 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR – the Russian Federation, in 1993-2003 in the Federal Tax Police Service of Russia.

In 2003-2007 he was assigned to the Administration of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and occupied leading positions there, remaining on the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

In 2007-2011 he worked his way from the position of Chief of Administration to the position of Deputy Chief of the Department of Economic Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

In 2012, he was appointed the First deputy Chief of the Department of Records and Work with Citizens and Organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia – the Chief of the Staff of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 556 of June 12, 2013 he was awarded a special rank of Major-General of Internal Service.

On December 27, 2017, by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, he was appointed to the position of Chief of the Forensic Center of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, with awarding a special rank of a Major-General of Police.

Has a scientific degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Married, has a daughter and a son.

During the service he was repeatedly awarded by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Security Council of the Russian Federation and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
